Our Team
Tucker Mattern
Tucker’s love of wine and passion for the Central Otago region has culminated in a desire do his part to support this local wine community. Tucker brings experience from overseas, a Masters in Viticulture & Oenology, local winemaking and viticulture experience and a keen sense for innovation. Tucker heads up the FermLabs team as founder and Director.
Sharon Louw
Sharon brings over a decade of laboratory and winemaking experience to the FermLabs team. Combining her background with her love for numbers and attention to detail she contributes a key piece to the laboratory puzzle. Originally from Cape Town, a self proclaimed Chemistry and Fermentation geek, Sharon has an aspiration to bring innovative solutions to the ever evolving Central Otago wine industry.
